My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I reserved was clean and comfortable, but when I had to switch rooms, the second one was filthier. The hotel was a bit out of the way, but it had easy access to the freeway. The dining experience had some highlights, but it was lacking in fresh fruit. The service, however, left much to be desired with a 'don't care' attitude and confusion about parking. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfy, ideal for families with a sitting area, a nice recliner, and 2 queen beds. However, there were some drawbacks like the slight odor of cat urine and thread-worn bedding and bath towels. The service was exceptional, from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers who went above and beyond. The location was convenient, right next to Applebee's and with easy access to the freeway. The dining options were good, offering a variety of choices, though some aspects could be improved. Overall, a decent value for the money.
